Don has over 33 years experience in all aspects of commercial real estate.
During his career he has been involved in over 10,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate development on industrial, multi family, retail, self storage and office projects, including assisting in the private financing of over $1 Billion on projects and $300 Million in public financing.
He has also had full financial and operational over site of $200 Million in capital raising and privately invested funds in commercial real estate deals.
Don received his BBA in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati in 1993. He became a licenses CPA in the State of Ohio in February 1996 and has maintained an active license since.
